RIGGING TERMS OF SERVICE

General• Current estimated time of delivery for Live2D Model rigging: 1-3 months
• I won't provide raw files (.cmo3) under normal circumstances.
• I have the rights to post commissioned work unless I am asked to not post said commissioned work
• I must be credited for my work
• I have the rights to refuse a commission if I feel uncomfortable doing it
• Send all necessary references
• Be respectful!Payments• Payments can be done upfront or half with a PAYPAL INVOICE. The finalized model file won't be sent until it is fully paid.
• Payment will be done using PayPal using invoice.
• Progress will start after full o half payment.
• Rush Fee will be 50% of the original price. ETA 2-4 weeksRefunds and Revisions• When asking for revisions, please let me know ASAP. Give detailed instructions to make the changes clear for me.
• At the Final Phase (I'll let the client know), if the client agrees for no more changes, then there will no longer be revisions can be made.Waitlist and Commission order
• Commissions are NOT accepted on a first come first serve basis.
• If I cannot work on your commission immediately or the commission is stalled for more than one week due to factors outside of my control, the next commission in my queue or waitlist will be accepted.
• A commission may jump ahead of yours in queue once per commission due to priority payment.

ART TERMS OF SERVICE (UNDER CONSTRUCTION)

• I accept commissions through Google Forms. I will let you know if I can accept your commissions or not.
• Full or half-half payment upfront is required before starting the commission.
• All payments will be handled through PayPal invoices only. Strictly no refunds.
• Unlimited revision in the sketch, any revisions after that will have to be paid for.
• Current estimated time of delivery for Live2D Models: 1-3 months
• I won't provide raw files (.cmo3, .psd, .clip, etc.) under normal circumstances. I will only provide the psd file for vtuber model commissions.
• I have the rights to post commissioned work unless I am asked to not post said commissioned work
• I must be credited for my work
• I have the rights to refuse a commission if I feel uncomfortable doing it
• Have a definitive character design, otherwise I have to charge you an extra fee for character design
• Send all necessary references
• Be respectful!
